Welcome to our website! We are committed to promoting various safe spinal exercises, allowing visitors to establish a solid foundation for their bodies through healthy spinal movements. Our goal is to enable our clients to enjoy a pain-free, adventurous lifestyle.

As early as 2017, the founder established the first Pilates studio under the name “Ivy’s Pilates” in Arcadia.  The studio was renamed Agile Body Studio in 2019 and expanded its services to accommodate more individuals through small group classes centered around core mat exercises. To enhance studio instructor’s teaching quality, Ivy, the studio owner, collaborated with the world’s largest Pilates training school Balanced Body to launch teacher training program in 2022.

As pioneers and a top professional institution in the industry, our team offers unique Pilates exercise courses. Our experienced instructors keenly observe and assess your body, designing suitable movements to help you find balance in class. More importantly, they awaken your body awareness, allowing you to improve habitual postures in your daily life through self-awareness after coaching. Through precise training targeting core muscle groups, we will help you improve your posture, achieve muscle balance, and sculpt a slender and graceful physique through exercises involving abundant eccentric muscle contractions. Whether you are a beginner or a sports enthusiast (such as golf or tennis), our courses are tailored to your individual needs and goals, dedicated to helping you build a strong and flexible body while enhancing athletic performance through targeted strength training.

In addition to our top-notch personalized Pilates courses, Ivy, a qualified instructor in Gyrotonic equipment and stool exercises, began offering the first one-on-one Gyrotonic equipment course in Arcadia. Through multidimensional spiral movements and breathing techniques synchronized with different rhythms, students will fully experience the nourishing tranquility of the Seed Center, fostering a balanced development of body, mind, and soul.

I have lots of experiences starting from class 101 to people who never heard of Pilates or Gyrotonic Method before. My students said they love my patience in guiding them from scratch. My goal is not only focusing on alignment but also aiming to provide practical knowledge for students' daily lives! My tailor-made program brings student exercise challenge as well as making progress in each session.
